We had a lovely stay in a charming two-bedroom apartment where the AC issues were sorted out super quickly by a friendly technician. The hotel had some great relaxation opportunities, including a cozy lounge and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The furniture could use a little updating, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. Definitely recommend!

I loved how easy it was to stroll to Hyde Park for some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful sights of Piccadilly Circus. The staff were super helpful, even assisting with my shopping when I needed it. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the quietness of my room despite being in such a bustling area.

The kitchen had all we needed for breakfast, but if you're planning to cook a lot, it might feel cramped. a solid pick!

the location of the mayfair house was amazin! super close to oxford street n hyde park, perfect for our shopping spree. the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially yousif and zainab, who went outta their way to assist us. the apartment was spacious and comfy, made our stay feel like home. checkin was easy peasy, no fuss at all.

however, the kitchen was a bit lacking in basic supplies like salt, which was kinda annoying. also, the bathrooms were a bit weird with tall bathtubs that were hard to get in and out of.
